We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activities that compromise platform security or integrity.

ravendilith provides analytical tools and information services, but users bear responsibility for their financial decisions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the 12 months preceding any claim.

We are not liable for:

These terms are governed by Queensland law and Australian federal regulations. Any disputes will be handled through good faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

Legal proceedings, if required, must be initiated within 12 months of the issue arising and will be conducted in Brisbane, Queensland. Users agree to individual arbitration and waive rights to class action proceedings.

If any provision of these terms becomes unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.

Either party may terminate the service relationship with reasonable notice. Upon termination, access to platform features ceases, though you may retain previously downloaded analysis results for personal records.

We retain account data for 24 months following termination to comply with financial regulations and to facilitate account restoration if requested. After this period, personal information is securely deleted unless legal requirements mandate longer retention.

Users may request immediate data deletion by providing written notice, subject to our legal obligations and legitimate business interests.
